Bitez Garden Life - All Inclusive

Nature is beautiful, and it is full of flowers. The pool that sadly worked only 2 hours a day was good and it was fun. You can also ask their photographer to picture you for free which is also very good. The the other pool is also nice.animals are very friendly for animal lovers.

The food was not good and there was not much choice, cakes were very bad, also the food was almost the same every day. There was only two kinds of fruit. Slides were working only 2 hours a day. The pool worked until 6 afternoon, which is bad because most of the guests come because of the pool and the sea. Sunbeds were mostly broken and there wasnt enough. You need to fight for them basically. The beach was too small. WiFi is awful especially the "log in" and you have to login everytime you move to the pool or restaurant or back to your room.

Wi fi connection was terrible. There was no wi fi in the roomsThe quality of meals were not good enough.

The location and the staff were amazing, it was about 500 meters from the sea and our room was very clean and had a nice shared balcony.

The food looked amazing but the taste was bland. We expected more from it for our money.The WIFI was not stable at all, it was more out of internet than with internet and also the electricity went out a couple of times completely and came back after a couple of seconds.

I booked for my old folks, and they hated it at first due to noise and a very tiny room.. however they did get another better room so they liked it since then! Food was top notch. And best part was the beautiful gardens.

Staff was very strict on me visiting my parents even if we are related, just becouse i didnt book there myself, and there was mostly or almost only russians and ukrainan people from different charter companies, so alot of russian type of music.. and some drunk people around.

The pools and the entertainment. The food was okay too.

The hygiene was terrible. My room was very dirty. I complained about it at the manager and after a while they cleaned the room again. The room was less dirtier than before but still not clean enough. There were stains, glass under the bed, ants in the bathroom and hairs. The cleaning service did a terrible job. They don’t clean the room just replace the towels and things of the beds that’s all. Not worth 4 stars.

-Food was not like expected… it’s our 4th time in Turkey but we was expecting food to be better. -Rooms in bad condition specially bathrooms With smells -We book superior room they give us standard room -Second room was with insect and full of dust in balcony…-We ask for crib for baby they bring it without mattress imagine !!! … so we add our bed pillows to baby bed so that our son could sleep in soft bed …

the stuff gave very bad service, the guy in the reception gave me a room full of moisture and said its not his problem, had to fight with him for half an hour to get a different room , he said its not his problem and when i asked him to pass me his manager he said there is no manager and he's the boss. the system to get the payment was down and he brought security to force me to wait to pay there instead of simply waiting till morning. anytime you ask a question he tries his best to send you packing instead of helping. they give only one key card and there is no wifi in the room. the rooms are in such a bad shape and they have nothing to do with the pictures they put on the platforms. the food and drinks are so bad that we ended up not eating anything even though we were in an all inclusive plan (biggest scam in the world). it was totally the worst experience ever, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone !

Average stay, would was really bad and the staff couldn't speak English. Wont be recommending.
